Each client will have their own specific treatment tailored towards their needs. There are a variety of techniques that can be used, depending on your outcome from the session. Whether you would like a maintenance massage to keep your muscles relaxed and flexible, a rehabilitation session to help aid the recovery of an injury, or a massage to help you be ready before your sporting event. I offer both deep tissue massage and cupping therapy.
